Yes, lots of computer troubles here. I should have it all straightened out tomorrow...
In the meantime I have good news about these pretty black bows, they stayed up beautifully! they don't even claim to be thigh highs, they are modestly described as Over The Knees. I've been wearing them for over 7 hours & haven't had to realign them once!

due to a currupt file somewhere in my system I lost all the work I did on this day, thanks to back ups I was able to salvage everything except what I had posted right before the files vanished.
The socks are samples from a company I decided not to order from.  Yes, they are warm & comfy, but I didn't like the supplier's terms.

they stayed up!
all the way up, all day...
through lots of walking, some running, several flights of stairs and back again at the end of the day. Unfortunately I didn't get to show them off because it was cold today, so I had my legs covered with a nice warm skirt.
Anything that fails this test will come off the thigh high page...

contestant #2 did not want to stay above my knees, not even a little bit.  They might stay up on someone with larger thighs though.
They did make great knee highs when I folded them down making nice little cuffs at the tops. Maybe I should redo their page...

thigh highs or over the knees?
I folded them down & wore them like this.  I liked it alot better.  I've always been skeptical of stay up thigh highs, I think I will conduct an official thigh high testing over the next couple of weeks, maybe not every day, just several times a week.  No garters, just the thigh highs & nature...
we'll see which ones stand up to a day's (or night's) wearing.

this is one of my favorite sections in one of my favorite bookstores.  In fact, I can get more lost in the photography section than I can in the cookbooks...
I love to see how others see the world around us & how they express that vision.
My little pink satin anklets wore wonderfully well with my velvet all stars all day & all night, but the time has come for the shoes to come off!

these may not be the prettiest socks, but they are among the comfiest!  I scrunched my cloudtreks down today & they got all wrinkley like a shar pei puppy, except they smell alot better than a puppy! They have a hydrophobic fiber that repels sweat & odor...
         pretty amazing huh? 
Right now I have them pulled back up, the wrinkles are all gone and my feet are still comfy in their soft warmth.
