Handmade with elastic, snaps, hand sewn little fluffy pompoms, and thread.
Sizing Tips:
Small fits 13" under the knees and 17" above the knees. Large fits 14.5" under-the-knee and about 20"
over-the-knee. They have two snaps to adjust width. The pompoms hang down about five inches.
